These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ack44 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). ack44 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ack44 offers new members a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The bonus amount depends on the deposit amount:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• Bonuses are not transferable to another person.
• ack44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the account may be suspended.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless separately specified).

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting options on the ack44 platform operate under a fair play policy. All games available on the platform are technically verified and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Game Results & Disputes

Game results are determined automatically by the system and are final. If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the amount of the relevant bet will be refunded. Any game-related dispute must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting lines and odds may change at any time. A confirmed bet cannot be changed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with ack44's established rules.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on ack44 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fake information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Creating accounts strategically or engaging in group betting for the purpose of receiving bonuses.
• Hacking, manipulation, or any technical interference with the platform's software.
• Playing games using automated bots or third-party software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Fraud or deception against other members.
• Raising false claims or chargebacks against ack44.

8.1 Account Closure by ack44

ack44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide required verification documents.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Court order or legal obligation.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Withdraw all eligible balance before closing the account, as access will not be available after closure.
